Upward Bound Program
The Upward Bound Program at Laredo College is a college preparatory program designed to develop the academic and social skills of low-income and/or first generation students. The program’s objectives are to improve students’ high school grade point averages, increase standardized test scores, assist with financial aid and scholarship applications, and assist in the college application process.
