Student Travel
Student Travel is defined as any form of travel made by Laredo College students or by students participating in a Laredo College program led by a Laredo College Department or recognized student organization in representation of Laredo College at any capacity.
Student travel requires the submission of multiple documents to Laredo College Campus Police, Risk Management, and the Office of Student Life and Engagement a minimum of 30 business days prior to travel. Please coordinate with your department representative or student organization advisor for more information on this process. Documentation must also be submitted upon return.
