The Laredo College Police Department (LCPD) patrols both campuses 24/7 to ensure a high level of personal safety and physical security. LCPD is service-oriented and tailored to meet the needs of our institution. In addition to campus patrols, LCPD also:

The LC Police Office provides:
- a college-wide safety program
- safety and law enforcement presentations
- investigations of traffic accidents
- emergency first-aid (American Red Cross-certified)
- campus parking management
- police escorts to and from vehicle and/or building
- access to offices or buildings in emergency situations after normal business hours
- courtesy service
- battery jumper cables
- open locked vehicles
