Student Travel
Student travel is defined as any form of travel undertaken by Laredo College students or by students participating in a Laredo College program. This includes travel led by a Laredo College department or a recognized student organization representing Laredo College in any capacity.
Travel Requirements:
- All student travel requires the submission of multiple documents to the following offices:
- Title IX Office
- Safety and Risk Management
- Office of Student Life and Engagement
- These documents must be submitted at least 30 business days prior to travel for approval.
- Upon return, additional documentation must be submitted as required.
