Official Transcripts
An official transcript is a record of your academic progress, which includes all previous coursework from previous or current institutions a student is attending. An official transcript will have your name as it appears on your college or university record which includes the college/university seal and signature of the registrar. Official transcripts must be received in a sealed envelope or sent electronically from the college/university.
Student academic records are classified as confidential and may be released only with the student’s written authorization and signature, in accordance with the Public Information Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
Official Transcripts are not issued for students who have financial holds, transcript holds, or any other holds on your academic record.
The Office of the Registrar and Admissions does not have the ability to fax, email, or scan transcripts into digital format under any circumstances.
