Dual Enrollment and Dual Credit Students
The Dual Enrollment and Dual Credit programs at Laredo College are designed to provide students the opportunity to enroll and receive credit for college courses while the student is still in high school and/or completing the requirements for high school graduation.
Dual Enrollment students may enroll at the college for college credit only. Students are not sponsored or supported by their high school and are responsible for all applicable tuition and fees. The student must meet the following guidelines:
- Submit an official high school transcript
Note: For home schooled students, an official home school transcript signed by the parent or high school principal designee.
- Submit a Dual Enrollment Authorization Form
- Submit Texas Success Initiative (TSI) test scores for all areas or exemptions
Dual Credit students enroll at the college in college credit courses through the sponsorship and support of their high school. The high school or school district is responsible for the student's tuition and fees. The student must meet the following guidelines:
- Meet eligibility and guidelines at the student's high school
