MATH 0314 (3-3-0)
A study of relations and functions, inequalities, algebraic expressions and equations (absolute value, polynomial, radical, rational), with a special emphasis on linear and quadratic expressions and equations.
MATH 1314 (3-3-0)
In-depth study and applications of polynomial, rational, radical, exponential and logarithmic functions, and systems of equations using matrices. Additional topics such as sequences, series, probability, and conics may be included.
This is an accelerated and corequisite course that meets MTWR. The developmental content is taught twice a week and the college-level content is taught the remaining two days. Students are concurrently enrolled for both classes and are provided just-in-time remediation for the college-level material. Corequisite classes are designated with sections such as MP, SP, and EP.
